Jalapeño Popper Chicken Bake

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning
- 4-ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup CHI-CHI’S® Salsa Verde
- 6 pieces bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2-3 jalapeños, deseeded, sliced and sautéed
- 4-ounces shredded cheddar cheese, separated
GARNISH
- Fresh jalapeño slices (optional)
Directions
- Season chicken with CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning and place in large baking dish. Set aside.
- In medium bowl combine remaining ingredients and half of cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture over top the chicken. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Cover dish with foil and bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Then uncover and bake additional 10 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
- Garnish with jalapeño slices.
