Shrimp Tostada
Loaded with black beans, lettuce, avocado and shrimp, these tostadas are quick and easy to prepare for the family!

Ingredients
- 4 tostadas
- 1 cup canned fat free refried beans, warmed
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup roasted corn kernels
- 16 jumbo shrimp: shelled, deveined and grilled
- 2 tbsp HERDEZ™ Traditional Guacamole Spicy
- 2 tbsp HERDEZ® Chipotle Salsa Cremosa
- 2 tbsp crumbled queso
Directions
- Spread tostadas with beans. Layer each with lettuce, corn, shrimp and HERDEZ™ Traditional Guacamole Spicy.
- Top with HERDEZ® Chipotle Salsa Cremosa.
- Add crumbled queso.
