Rotisserie Chicken Enchilada Stack

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups shredded chicken
- 28-ounces red enchilada sauce
- 8 CHI-CHI’S® Enchilada Style Tortillas Flour & Corn
- Shredded lettuce, optional
- Cheese, optional
- Jalapeño sliced, optional
CREMA ROSA
- 12-ounces LA VICTORIA® Red Taco Sauce Medium
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- In medium bowl, toss chicken with enchilada sauce.
- Top each CHI-CHI’S® Enchilada Style Tortilla with chicken mixture and stack in layers (2-3 high). If desired, top stack with lettuce, cheese and jalapeños.
- In a small bowl, combine taco sauce with sour cream. Drizzle each stack with Crema Rosa.
