Hot Layered Dip

Ingredients
- 9-ounces bean dip
- 12-ounces sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup HERDEZ® Roasted Salsa Roja Medium
- 15-ounces corn, drained
- 8-ounces diced green chiles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, separated
SERVE
- Tortilla chips
GARNISH
- Cotija crumbles
- Fresh jalapeño slices
- Sliced green onions
- Sliced radishes
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine sour cream and taco seasoning, set aside.
- In medium bowl, combine chicken, HERDEZ® Roasted Salsa Roja Medium and 1 cup cheese.
- In shallow, medium casserole dish, evenly layer bean dip, sour cream mixture, chicken mixture, corn, green chiles and cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
