Grilled Queso with LA VICTORIA® Salsa

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 (8-ounce) package pasteurized cheese product, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup LA VICTORIA® Thick ‘n Chunky Salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 chopped jalapeño peppers
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Directions
- Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Heat medium cast-iron skillet on grill. Add ground beef, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper, to taste. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until browned. Move skillet to indirect heat on grill.
- Add cheeses, salsa, onions, and jalapeño peppers to skillet.
- Cover grill. Grill 6 to 8 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
- Stir dip to combine. Serve hot garnished with cilantro.
