Grilled Chorizo Street Sliders

Ingredients
- 1-pound pork chorizo sausage
- 2 small yellow onions, sliced into 1/4-inch-thick rings
- 8 slider buns, split
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 3 tablespoons HERDEZ TAQUERIA STREET SAUCE® Original Roja
Directions
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Gently form sausage into 8 patties; make shallow indentation in center of each patty.
- Place patties and onions on hot grill rack; cover and cook patties 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°. Cook onions 5 minutes, turning once. Remove from grill.
- Place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 1 minute or until toasted.
- Build sliders – add patties, onions, cilantro sprigs and HERDEZ TAQUERIA STREET SAUCE® Original Roja to each bun.
