Ingredients
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken meat
- 1/3 cup HERDEZ TAQUERIA STREET SAUCE® Original Roja
- 8 street taco corn tortillas
- 8 street taco flour tortillas, warmed
- 1/2 cup vegetarian refried beans, warmed
- 1/4 cup HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa Medium
GARNISH
- HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa Medium
- Crumbled Queso Fresco
- Chopped onions
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges
Directions
- In large skillet, cook chipotle pepper, chicken, HERDEZ TAQUERIA STREET SAUCE® Original Roja and 2 tablespoons water over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Heat corn tortillas as label directs.
- Spread refried beans on each flour tortilla and top each with 1 corn tortilla. Press tortillas together to adhere with beans. Fill with chicken mixture and drizzle with HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa Medium.
- Garnish with additional HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa Medium, Queso Fresco, onions, cilantro and lime wedges.
