Cilantro Lime Bowtie Pasta
Refreshing and light, this summertime pasta is great to enjoy by the lake, at a picnic or sitting on the patio.

Ingredients
- 12 oz bowtie noodles, uncooked
- 1 can roasted corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 cup HERDEZ® Cilantro Lime Salsa Cremosa
- 3 1/2 oz Queso Fresco, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped for garnish
Directions
- Boil and drain the noodles, according to package instructions.
- In serving dish, add noodles, corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes and avocado dices.
- Pour HERDEZ® Cilantro Lime Salsa Cremosa over the noodles, and toss together.
- Garnish with cheese and fresh cilantro.
