Chipotle Chicken Taquitos
'Wow' your guests with homemade chicken taquitos. These taquitos are filled with chicken, cheese and salsa.

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup shredded queso Chihuahua or queso quesadilla
- 1 cup HERDEZ® Chipotle Salsa Cremosa
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Toothpicks
Directions
- In medium bowl, stir together chicken, cheese and salsa. Mix well.
- Spoon chicken mixture evenly down center of each tortilla.
- Tightly roll tortilla around filling; secure each with toothpick.
- In large skillet, heat 2 inches oil over medium-high heat until 360°F. Fry tortillas, 3 at a time, until crisp and golden brown. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Drain on paper towels; remove toothpicks.
- Garnish with sour cream and pico de gallo.
