Delicious full of flavor the but not the burn of chillies
I love this as a sandwich (torta) spread, on tacos, especially fish or seafood tacos.
It is also great as a "coleslaw" dressing, try this: finely shred green cabbage, toss with salt, fresj ground black pepper, then toss with fresh squeezed lime juice, then drizzle (not too much) Herdez Guacamole S...alsa and toss. Great as a side, and FANTASTIC as a topping for tacos as well as out of this world atop tostadas instead of shredded iceberg lettuce! Also great on Nachos family style.
Also with lime juice or a dash of apple cider vinegar makes a nice quick marinade for raw shrimp or thin chicken breast filets or tenderloins prior to pan frying or grilling. (Marinate shrimp no more than 15 minutes, chicken no more than 1-1/2 hours: as the acidity will start to chemically 'cook' or toughen much longer than that).
Tastey, and great direct as a dipping salsa, very nice thinned with fresh lime juice as a lower fat dressing packed with flavor on a greens salad topped with rinsed and drained black beans, peeled and membranes removed orange sections, thinly sliced red onion, some extra chopped fresh cilantro and jicama "matchsticks". For a little extra crunch garnish the top with a few unsalted shelled and roasted sunflower seeds. Yum!

Very dissatisfied!
I have purchased this salsa alot in the past. The last time was last month (April 2019), and it was delicious! Not too hot at all. Just purchased 2 more bottles, and it is horribly hot! So hot that my lips and mouth are still uncomfortable. I don't know if you have changed the recipe, but if so, ple...ase change it back. If my bottles came from a "mistake" batch, I hope it doesn't happen again. I am going to throw the bottles away, and wait a month or so and try buying another bottle. If the next bottle I buy is still too hot, unfortunately I won't be purchasing any more of it. Sad, my family and I used to go through like a bottle a week of this stuff. It used to be so good!

I've been obsessed with the mild Herdez guacamole salsa. I wake up every day and think about the delicious, slightly spicy, full of flavor sauce. I have bits of tortilla chips lodged in my gums and I don't even care. It's become an addiction at this point.

This product literally sucks! It's not even close to Salsa. It's so soupy it's just horrible. Flavor sucks too! WOW! If I wanted a can of soup, I'd buy a can of soup.

I mix avocado, onions, tomatoes, lemon juice, lime juice and salt and pepper. Then I add enough of Guacamole Salsa to make it creamy and it adds so much flavor a good spice that I can't get enough of it!
